Technical Assistance: a structured process of providing information and resources to users as a means to build capacity. Each interaction is defined by a different set of user needs and circumstances and is a blend of content (the knowledge or information shared) and process (the way it is shared). Our role is to facilitate an ongoing, changing, and interactive process to achieve results and provide knowledge from research, policy, and best practice to be shared in partnership through a variety of strategies for community partners to use within their own unique contexts.
